Role-aware screening & readiness report

Every submission runs two passes. A deterministic rule engine reproduces what an applicant tracking system can and cannot read — the same résumé always scores the same. Then a model reviews the content the way a hiring manager would. The output is a written assessment, not a number.

  • Scorecard across six dimensions, tuned by target role and seniority
  • Every stated requirement in a job posting checked against the résumé, one by one
  • Prioritised remediation list: rewrites, red flags and an action plan

How I show up on a team

Proactive

I ask “why” before “what next”. The palletising robot and the resin capsule line were never assigned to me — I scoped and costed them myself, then brought back supplier quotes. Synology's first AI integration and the CloudWAF SaaS move began the same way.

Adjustable

Taiwan and Sydney. Engineer, then program manager, then product manager. Hardware, then software, now infrastructure security. Each move meant learning a new vocabulary quickly, and in public.

Collaborative

A manager moved me from engineering into program management after noticing I would rather solve a problem in a room than alone at a desk. I can hold an opposing view up to the light — and be the one who was wrong.
